Such bad service, you wait 50 minutes for your queue to come just to be encountered with the * system is off * speech afterwards n they tell u to come again later

Very bad experience with them ,so late to delivery .nThere is no any organized work ,you can see almost everything on the ground .nThe number of employees is so few comparing to the number of daily customers specially at the delivery zone .nThe employees are so kind with the customers and so friendly but it must be duplicated the number of the employees.

Such great service and people doing their jobs! Tea and coffee will be given when you wait for your turn ! And they give you a ride back home just super!

unhelpful service, turkish language only, complicated requests to send and recieve cash transfers, long waiting time, simply just hell.
