Worst Shipping experience. I've ordered their expensive same day shipping. I've been waiting for it for a while, than when tracked it I saw that it was stuck at the customs. Nobody called me, no email, nothing... I've called their customs department 10 times today, no one is picking up. I still can't get my package and they do nothing to help me. I will never work with fedex again.

They do not inform you by any means, you have to call them to get service which is already paid! When you call, they do not tend to help you but ask you to send an e mail. I have never seen such a bad so-called first class cargo company.

I have never used this fedex before and i regret doing it. Wors ever. My backage is in transit for two weeks. And i cant get any help! I kept calling the usa custom service. Wh😡😡

The worst delivery company ever, not worth dealing with. There was no response from the staff at all, I contacted them over the phone, and via e-mail, but their responses were not helpful and did not help me at all I advise you not to deal with this notorious company

Incompetent staff, not the kind of expected service a company as FEDEX. No customer service existing USELESS. After this experience I will AVOID to give any kind of responsibility to FEDEX
