Very good stay, good hospitality, incredible view but I just found out that there is no air conditioning and its hot as hell

You pay for the location direct in the Abant National Park. Here in Abant region expect village bread, honey and milk cream with everything. Breakfast small self service buffet selection. Chalet style rooms that although are cosy, definitely need drastic maintainance work. Shower broken...wooden floorboards broken so your foot can go through the floor, dusty, dead insects, sewerage drainage problems... i can go on. Staff willing to help if you ask. Not very talkative or friendly. Car parking is an issue. Housekeeping doesnt come unless you request. Only Turkish TV channels. Minibar free (2 mini waters). Very expensive for what you get but in a perfect location.

Television does not work.No wifi.arizali.sominebyi we called staff to burn it.It was difficult in half an hour.because they did not get a tip from the room on the way, they exit the door by slamming your face. burning money. 150 TL aliyolar for two days.

As 2 couples, we stayed 3 nights with our 2-year-old children, and we did not encounter any of the negativities in the past comments. The rooms are clean, the heating is very good, the staff did not spare their support in every regard. The mixed breakfast is quite successful and sufficient ... We also thank Ismail and Muhammed for their services.
