I went trusting the comments here. The masters praised by a friend in the comments do not know the job, the vehicle broke down because the gearbox pressure lining they changed and the flywheel was installed incorrectly. I went to them many times, I was out of my time, and I faced incriminating statements and disrespect. At one time, we gave 7 thousand TL to this authorized service. Just as I was preparing to open a lawsuit, Ata citroene (another Citroen authorized service in Ankara) said that this vehicle will change the pressure lining of this vehicle without telling the master who was tested with this vehicle. Fortunately, due to Citroen policy, a guaranteed change can be made from another authorized service.nSecondly, is this the industry, the lady in welcoming the customer is both rude (reckless answers) and I called many times, I called the vehicle for days, did not call once, did not inform.nIn short, I will write an epic here yet, but I don't want to be out of my time, my money or my reputation, that's why I won't pass you by.nEdit: There is another account of the same place called Citroen Otosay. . .
