worst bank ever, to open an account with all the legal paper ready, in the first visit they asked for 800 TL, the second visit 600 TL, (they forget that i come before). for nothing that mean 100 usd just to open a bank account. is that acceptable, where is the management of this branch, and what will happen to this 100 usd from me and from the others, knowing that no other branches take 100 usd to open an account. this is new for me and for everyone, i will give 1 star for that. guys we are putting money on your bank, is these how we will start?what will happen after ?

Very unfriendly banking officers. Sevval is rude, unprofessional, and racist. Although she speaks English, she wouldn't help me. I will not do business with this branch of Albaraka until Sevval is transfered out of this branch. Racist employees should not be hired!! Especially when at least 40% of account holders are not Turkish.
