Even the private banks are more merciful than the Vakıfbank, and the state bank is worthless. They told me to pay 2 bills automatic payment, do not charge the account operating fee, even though I gave an automatic payment order, they still charge the account operation fee and we do not deal with the face of the counterpart, but they do not solve any passive transactions, think twice with this bank who wants to work.

Whenever I go inside, the process is over. I'm leaving for 40 50 minutes. There is not even a complaint box for a wish-suggestion in the branch.
