The employees of this division deal inappropriately with the bank’s customers, today I visited them to withdraw an amount of foreign coins, the security employee immediately leads the scene, the customer service employee does not give up and asks you about your request, this security employee speaks as well as the vegetable vendors. It is available from here for an hour to open an account. I told him why do you open the account in the only room. He said the two rooms open an account, then the second room does not deposit the dollar. I said I want to withdraw. He said yes, do not withdraw. Thousands of people said that the machine gives only 2 thousand, and I think that they also lie. Yesterday I submitted to withdraw 100 dollars only. He said the machine does not work. I said I want to try. He said, “Do not work.” I screamed and said: Is there any objection to trying? He said no to try. Such treatment hurts our impression of the bank as an institution. I wonder if we are foreigners. We do this gatekeeper with a lack of respect. Please reconsider the performance of the division’s employees. The branch’s site is central next to many of the bank’s clients
