I have not seen a bank that provides poor service like a public bank. No branches that already look at the phones, while passive elams work like frogs. To get a Card password, I go to the bank at 9 o'clock and gets it at 11 o'clock. I waited 2 hours for a 1 minute password. I have never seen a bank that provides such terrible service. Other banks can get the password without going to the branch. In everything, you are calling us to the branch. Especially Halk bank Bahçeşehir branch works very badly.

Don't be too busy, this is where the individual customer transactions pass by waiting at least 1 hour. Individual customer clerk 2 of them are only dealing with the customer and the other is dealing with other works. Since they are a state bank, they look at you like a civil servant !!!!!!!
