We rented a house about 1 year ago. Malik has given himself all the powers. We signed a contract for 3 years. However, when renting a house, he did not say that the house was on sale. If they were told, we wouldn't. Anyway, we learned from the landlord after we moved into the house that there might be a sale. If there is a sale, it is the authorized real estate agent, you will be sitting until the end of the contract. What was the result? 1 year later, the house was sold in the middle of the pandemic, and despite all these promises, the new owner immediately received a '' get out of my home '' warning within 1 month after the sale. We do not know what the end will be, but my definite advice is not to buy or buy a house from this real estate agent ... His only thought is to make his own money ...
