They have not paid the price of the tour we canceled due to the pandemic for 4 months and when they said we will pay, "Why is it still not paid?" When we call, they say they will pay in February (exactly 5 months from now - maybe that too). I guess this is a complete disgrace, fraud. As you cannot find a partner, they insist on converting it into a coupon. You have tarnished the name of your own company by zeroing your credibility. Of course, we will seek our rights in court.
They canceled the reservation of the hotel, which was not opened due to the pandemic. They said that they would make a refund within 2 months, and they called at the end of 2 months and said that they could not pay before February 2021 (6 months later), although it was not certain. In this difficult period, I am paying the 9th installment of the holiday I have not been to yet. I will take the 6,370 lira you forcibly detained from you in one way or another. HARAM for all of you up to a penny of the money you operate in the market with various excuses !!!
Despite the fact that the 2 reservations we made from Jolly Tour for the 2nd of July, the hotel did not open and I have cancellation insurance, although 2.5 months have passed, they are making a thousand kinds of excuses not to make a refund, and they are trying to make a profit by operating the nation's money in this pandemic process. I will apply to the court for my refund. I have been buying vacation from ETS for years, I have no problem, and everyone has made their returns without any problems. I would never buy a holiday hotel from Jolly Tour again ... I regretted it very much.
I had to cancel my holiday since I could not go to my holiday reservation made in February this summer. I called the Jolly Tur agency customer service many times, and I could choose to turn my coupon into a voucher I can use in 2020 or to make a future reservation, even though I had cancellation insurance. (I mean to have a hoot to Jolly Tur in this period when my friends received full refund even though they did not have cancellation insurance during the holidays they bought from other agencies). At the moment, my holiday price was not returned, so I had to convert it into a coupon, again, Jolly is lucky. I have to make a reservation until December 2020 or the coupon is burning in January 2021. If I have no money, it means my money is gone if I cannot go on vacation again. That's why it is most logical to pay 100 - 200 TL more and buy a holiday from a better quality holiday agency. It is most sensible not to get involved in Jolly Tur, wishing that there are plenty of customer losses ...
