Nice place to stay. Rooms need some fresh air. OK food.

We have been staying at the family hotel since Monday, 13 July. We came 7 people including children. But we regret that we came. They only take the money for the room. There is not even a glass of water in the rooms. Whatever you want, the end is money. I write immediately, we paid 2500 TL. When we came to the hotel on the phone for dinner, they gave us a price of 55 TL after the conversation with the 70TL manager. We ate our food outside for 3 days. Beer 35 TL. Pedalo rental hour is 75TL. We paid 75 TL for 4 coffee, 3 tea. As if it was not enough, we said that we wanted to light a fire in the area where the fire was lit at the back of the hotel. They said they even sold wood with money. No staff at the hotel! You can't communicate with anyone. Our rooms have not been cleaned once in 3 days. We had breakfast with very bad olives, 2-3 pieces of cheese, eggs and jam. There is a 170 cm pool, but it is incredibly dangerous for children and those with vision problems because they do not turn on the lights in the evening. I bought my child twice at the last minute from the pool, even though I left for a moment. So in short, just go to bed and go to the pool, never worth it, you pay the same money to Antalya ... they put a price on everything, who are they how to rob. We are still at the hotel, we expect the end of the holiday. (Note: we are not coming to the hotel for the first time. This is our third visit, and we were coming 4-5 families each time. In the previous two arrivals, another was running and was an incredibly wonderful gentleman. The hotel changed hands in 2020. .)

The employees are very well intentioned. A great location. The facility has just been taken over. The pandemic process has been unlucky. Needs care as an institution. Hopefully it will meet in a short time and reach the value it deserves.
