Kapım Hotel

Nice location . Brake fast is good but main food is horrible.. we ordered kofty the taste was horrible..we stay 4 day and we eat outside the hotel..

Waiters were so careful and treating well , the guy in reception was a little cold (i guess he s the owner) but it s fine , special view next to gorgeous river . Quite good for staying away from busy life of istanbul for short holidays.

The location was good but unfortunately I can’t say the same thing for the food and the service. We ordered to very simple appetizers but they said they were out of ingredients. It took almost 30 minutes for our meatballs to come. But when they came they were literally burnt. When we adressed that they were bad they said “That’s how meatballs normally look like” When we talked to the lady who was the owner of the hotel she didn’t even bother making a discound. Thats why we paid the whole price for those burnt meatballs. I am suspicious that there isn’t even a cook in the kitchen.

Good place but, extras are too expensive.
