Thank you, Yaygın Saz! I bought an electric bağlama from your Istanbul-Bağcılar main office nearly two years ago. As an amateur bağlama player I was very happy and excited then, so I had not checked all the frets of my bağlama. Months later I realized that there was a buzz on the eighteenth fret of my bağlama on the keyboard. I was so depressed since I had always dreamt of having a Yaygın Saz’s electric bağlama as the masters, Orhan Gencebay, Ferdi Tayfur etc. had. Last MondaynI delivered my bağlama in order to be repaired to your great saz luthier, the master Özgür. He repaired my bağlama excellently in a few days. He changed my bağlama’s strings. For all these repairment and string change service I was not asked to give any money since my bağlama was under your five year guarantee agreement. This is your honesty and very kindness towards your clients. I appreciate all your help and afterselling service!

I bought a Baglama from Germany and the instrument was unfortunately very badly made.nIt was definitely not worth the money. As I was able to read from another comment, orders from abroad are apparently not taken seriously and customers only get the defective instruments delivered. The management probably thinks that no complaints will come from such a long distance anyway, where they are not entirely wrong. Personally, I will not give up my vacation for dealing with a complaint. But I can warn everyone here against buying!

Unfortunately, the Electro Baglama that I had made last year was a bag I could not rank as the first class. In the upper part of the attachment, there is a very bad scratch between the curtain on the upper wire, and this has happened since the beginning, it needs to be leveled. But I don't understand, why does the saz house, which says that the money should be paid immediately, accepts such a mistake? I think they need to check in advance, curtains and electronics, mine pay 700-800 € ... I do not make it any more and I do not recommend it in anyone
