Ever Hotel Europe

Really good hotel. Really polite and friendly staff, really delicious food. Room has nearly everything — from water, ketlle, tea and coffee to a few towels. My room had a thermostat, which automatically turns off if you open a window. There was enough sockets for my notebook and charging few other things, more than that — there was a LAN socket. Overall one of the best experiences I had.nnP.S. Please add one-time toothbrush and toothpaste!

I would start by saying this is one of the worst hotels in Istanbul. I had 15 hours layover in Istanbul. So, I asked the airline to take me to a hotel, not knowing which hotel I will be taking; they took me to this hotel. To start with this hotel, they have one of the most unprofessional receptionists, so cold and rude. I gave her a couple of credit cards to pay for the room, and somehow she demanded to provide her with a PIN. I told her these cards do not need any PIN, Just swipe the cards; she refused to do so. Then she asked for cash; I said, I do not have Turkish $$; she asked for dollars. I did not have any alternative to giving her cash because I have no idea where I am or where to go, and she took advantage of this. I asked if that includes breakfast and lunch, she said no with no explanation, even though I am paying the full price just for a few hours. The room is dirty and smells like an ashtray; someone smoked in the room; I called to change the room and no response. The AC works for a couple of hours; then it turns off for whatever reason. Here you go, if you can avoid this hotel do so; rooms dirty, and the staff is very rude.

Very nice and clean hotel. Taste food. Friendly personnel.

Good hotel, but has some worn furnitures

I stay only one night but hotel was really good and the rooms were wery clean. I advise this hotel to bussines men. And big chance was very cheap.
