Medproper Suites

Not even worth 1 star. The hotel room was so dirty that we had to clean it ourselves and had to ask the reception to stop bringing their cleaning team and so was asking the customer ahead of us to the front desk. Floor was greyish with footprints and marks. Disgusting.nOne of the reception staff was disrespectful but the Syrian staff was polite.nWe stayed for 2 weeks in November.

Very basic hotel and unfortunately even the dining facilities are closed due to the Covid19 as per the staff at the front desk. It sometimes may be an inconvenience. One thing that I like most was the availability of a kitchen and its utensils in the room.

Restaurant was closed and there was no breakfast due to Corona virus. In such suites you are supposed to do the cleanings. But in general my stay was good. The reception desk was very helpful.

We stayed there 4 nights and was happy with the staff and moderate cleanliness of the hotel room and the room amenities. The price was reasonable, good for a large family. It was close to the Mall of Istanbul as well.

No way !!!... We stayed because we paid in advance and it was only for 1 night... 1 star is too much... because of the pandemic, the hotel was closed for two months... and, they decided to reopen with 1 ( yes, ONE ) employee for a 12 floors hotel... and the rooms were never cleaned since closing... we knew all that only when we arrive... and no refunds was possible... it was, by far the worst experience in a hotel... i understand that in the past this place was a good one, but why you open in this horrible conditions, and you don't let the guest know before payment ? The floor was sticky, everything dirty, sheets were black ( original colour was white ) , WC unclean, pubian hair in sink, etc... i put some pictures but not very much to see... the view over Istanbul was nice , though ! ud83dude00
