A nice modern hotel. It is very clean, staff very friendly, some of them speaking excellent English. Breakfast was delicious, but dinner at the restaurant even that is was above average, it was too expensive for what you get. It is an excellent business hotel. It doesn’t have options for kids beds. So the only room that can have kids bed is suite.

staff did not know English at all. We had to communicate through mobile phone translators. For exAmple It took us a long time to order an omelette in the morning breakfast by phone translation , English is the international language for hotels, staff did not have the authority to do anything without asking the general manager first. The reception are and foyer ACs were turned off as if comfort of customer's is not a priority. The essential items like water bottles, soap and conditioner were not provided. We had to ask for them. they accepted the payment in euros but cashier did not have the change in euros, receptionist told us we have zero euros , When a customer pays in a certain currency they expect the change in kind.nNevertheless ,they sent me this Email, which I uploaded below only because I filled out an evaluation form and showed my opinion.
