Amazing to know 500.000 years ago people lived in that cave. Don't go if your scared of bats.

I hate to give it such a low rating, but the truth is, the cave doesn't have much to offer. It is the site of the oldest human habitation in Turkey, and for this reason, most of the cave is closed to visitors. There is only one section that's open, and it's very small and not too impressive, and has been vandalized with grafitee. I didn't even plan on coming here, but it was close by and I was tired of the beach, so I thought it would be cool to explore a hidden side of Turkey. That being said, you will spend more time getting here and climbing up the stairs, then you will inside the actual cave. The only cool thing about it is that you can walk around on your own. The sign at the parking lot said there is a small museum here, but I didn't see any museum. Only a bathroom and shop. Thankfully you can see artifacts recovered from the cave at the Antalya Museum.

The cave is beautiful and will kept. Be prepared for some stairs and bats inside the cave.

It easy to get there by car. The price is 10 trl . Its better to go there around 6pm during the summer time when the sun is over the mountains.

Very nice cave occupied by humans for a long continuous period of time. Quite the climb to get there.
