I ordered a pan cover from trendyol but ptt brought me a broken pan cover, I don't know who's responsible.. I tried to call ptt but unfortunately they don't answer..

They send cargo, there are 3 people at home all the time. The officer returns 2 times saying that nobody was found at home, and they are tried to be taken from our branch within 3 days. If I have time to come to your branch, I will buy it directly from the store if I do not shop online. If they make a phone call here, everything will be resolved, but the incoming delivery person leaves without phone, it is an institution organized to not deliver the cargo. If 0 (zero) can be given, I will give 0 stars, but not, I will give a star. I know they haven't read this, but I write because maybe an authorized reader will see our grievance.

They used to have a much worse working system than before, of course, but they could be better. I think the security guard alone is the employee of the year, especially during this pandemic period, he guides the customers very well, and makes an admirable effort to maintain social distance.
