Mado

Mado is a icecream and dessert chain, a famous and a good one. However this branch has a problem with the isolation of the smoking permitted hall and the smoking prohibited hall. Actually this a very general problem in Erzurum. Cafes either don't have smoking prohibited halls. The place smells tobacco very badly. 10 minutes of stay can make your clothes and hair smell tobacco... It is so sad that even in a shopping mall they have this problem. Anyways, we ordered sütlaç (rice pudding) with nuts on it. It was just ok. They have high quality goat milk based ice cream but sutlac was just average. In any case this is a very good chain with high quality food. It is also a good option for breakfast. I advise them to find a better solution for this non smoking hall.
