On January 25, 2020, I gave them a printer for repair. They called me saying that the problem that they said solved in two days was solved after 6 days. this was the simplest part of the job. the problem has never been solved. I realized that when the drum they were wearing was 50% full, they tried it at home. My half full toner came back empty. employees' attitudes were focused on discussion and accusation of the customer, not solution. they even said that this is not our problem. God blessed half the fee I paid in advance. but they stole my week. It is the path I went and went 3 times and the power cable of the device I gave was also lost. I would never recommend.
