They are lazy. In other words, while ordering, I did not know that it will come from PTT twice and I did not bring my cargo in 2 of them. Let Ptt be halal. In the first one, it was 3 books for my university entrance exam and they did not bring it 10 days later I went and bought it myself. On my second cargo, they said that the person was not at home and left a note on the door, but which door? I looked for the apartment and could not find it, I went outside and looked at the entrance of other apartments. On the same day, I received 2 more cargoes from MNG and Aras cargo and I was able to receive these cargoes without any problems. At first they even call and inform me. At least other companies aren't lazy. Shame.

My cargo that will come from Kayseri was delivered to cargo on the 23rd, it came to Albania on the 24th, it came to Albania on the 24th, it was waiting there in 25 sultangaziye, I called the call center why it is not distributed, but everywhere is in the same call center. He opened a forced record, he still did not know when they were interested in the complaint record, and I waited 15 minutes to reach the call center, but it was so disgrace that the pandemic branches were closed because of the pandemic, then you will not take this much work, your right to victimize people. No, take a little example how other cargo companies are doing it is the year 2020 is breaking new ground in digital, you cannot even do a distribution business, pity poor PTT, I also applaud the management, which is indifferent to so many complaints, I will take my money, but I think they think as much as they do.
