My experience here was fantastic. Located in the basement of the Nupelda Hotel, the facilities are clean and private. The atmosphere is dimly lit and lightly scented, giving it a relaxing and sensual feel. My masseuse made the experience; she was attentive and professional, and took care to make sure I was enjoying the massage without being intrusive or bothersome. Pre- and post- massage and bath she was cheery, conversational, and down-to-earth, and we shared some laughs during the massage as well as silence. The other staff members I spoke with were all helpful as well and made sure I was attended to. While the price may be a little higher than some other places, this experience was worth every penny. I will definitely return here next time I am back to Istanbul!

Loved the massage + Hammam package. Clean and professional staff. Special thanks to the owner Mr.Hakan for his great offers. By the way, I’ve been there twice in my short stay in Istanbul and will definitely come back if I ever visit Istanbul again!

Outstanding customer service! My therapist was from Nepal and provided the best treatment I could have hoped for while on holiday! The manager and owner were so courteous and accommodating! I highly recommend this place for rest and rejuvenation!
