Rüstem Pasha, Grand Vizier of Suleiman the Magnificent, had it built by Mimar Sinan. It is one of the interesting examples of classical Ottoman architecture and one of the magnificent buildings of the Kanuni period. It is in the inns with courtyards. Two-storey rooms are placed around the rectangular courtyard. The sides of the floors facing the courtyard have porticoes. Behind the porches are rooms with stoves and niches. There are stairs going up opposite each other on the long sides. Brick decoration on the upper floor window and door arches is interesting. The walls made of cut stones and bricks give the building a monumental image. Its restoration has just finished and has been put into service again.
