It is a pastry shop that I have loved all kinds of desserts for a long time, but the last strawberry cake I bought clearly tastes garlic.After inspecting 4 people, I made sure I was sure that the strawberries were cut with a knife and the garlic was cut before I went to tell what happened before and if that strawberry was used in other cakes, I just went to tell their mistakes. . The gentleman who prepared the cakes in the pastry shop and the salesperson lady were also very rude and suddenly they switched to a meaningless defense, I don't think I will ever shop again, the problem is not that big and even a simple apology would be enough, but your attitude was terrible. I don't even want to talk about their always sullen faces in a frivolous way ...

When we looked at the ones with low scores from the comments made, I saw that the problem I had was experienced. Company summary: He makes delicious cake, but after sales customer satisfaction is not taken into consideration. I bought wet cake with profiterole. The profiterole felt hard and I called to report it. He said reasons such as it might be harsh because it was newly built, but somehow the gentleman could not say bring it back if you didn't like it. If he took it from the bottom, if he said you're right, I wouldn't have taken it anyway. I just called them to know the situation. Naturally, this unexpected attitude made me sad. After that day, I buy my cake elsewhere. I hope they read such comments and improve their understanding of customer satisfaction. Because Çorum needs businesses that make such delicious cakes.

Today was a place where I always shop The strawberry cake I bought had a garlic flavor and when I took it back, they refused. a place that I will never choose again. If you want garlic flavor in your strawberry cake, I recommend it!

We bought fresh cakes many times before and it was always fresh. However, the cake we bought the other day was very stale and the cream had a bitter taste. Obviously, they produced quite a lot for New Year's Eve, but when they could not sell it, they sold the stale this time. When they called, they gave a cocky answer as if it were a diary. So they made the cake that day with stale ingredients. Edit: I also forwarded the complaint I shared here to the company's Facebook account. They returned and pointed out that there was a slight problem with a few cakes that day and made up for it with the same size cake gift.
