The mosque, located in the south of Çelebi Mehmet Madrasah on Cumhuriyet Street, has a longitudinal rectangular plan and a wooden ceiling. The upper cover of the longitudinal rectangular mosque is carried by wooden poles placed in two rows in the interior. Thick wooden beams on the pillars divide the whole ceiling into three bays perpendicular to the altar. The mosque has three gates, one in the north and the other in the east and west. The main gate is to the north and the gates to the east and west were opened later. Two wings, which are beautiful examples of wood carving, are attached to the east door. A single line of intricate thuluth construction inscription is seen on the main door. While the entire ceiling of the mosque was decorated with hand-carved ornaments, only a little decoration remained on the old beams, as the ceiling was replaced in repairs. The semi-cylindrical mihrab niche starts 50 cm above the ground and the upper part becomes narrower by gradual muqarnas. The entire periphery of the mihrab is surrounded by two inscription borders (Ayet-el Kürsi), one narrow and the other wide. The last congregation place was added later.
