Kairaba Bodrum Princess

Thank you for hotel slippers, bathrobes, minibar( which is really mini ), sauna, variety of food and WiFi everywhere.We were not happy with the cleaning: once we arrived the room was not cleaned properly for the new guests as it supposed to be, i could see fingerprints from the full-season guests everywhere on the furniture( it needs to be polished after each departure i believe), the floor wasn't hoovered and mopped properly: hairs, dust and even big piece of glass under the bed. We left tips every time we wanted the room to be cleaned 3 times (inc. departure) during 7 nights of stay, but only rubbish was removed and towels changed.It would be lovely if hotel management could introduce toiletries for bathroom like mini shampoos, shower gels, cotton buds, plastic bags for sanitary pads( there was a dispenser for it on the wall, but empty).Variety of TV channels was poor and screen quality of those which were present was also poor.Reception stuff needs English improvement.Also I have booked double room, but on arrival we were offered twin room, and after requesting double bed or double room for three times, we gave up and didn't want to argue with reception. They have explained this was due to the hotel fullness. So me and my husband were sleeping on two beds moved together in one.The windows of our room overseen main entrance, so like starting from 6 am or maybe earlier we could hear noise from vans' engines, which were bringing supplies and fresh laundry, I'd really recommend the hotel management to organize deliveries through back doors, somewhere far from guests sight and ears.

Some staff excellent...others a bit frosty..very good facilities..Indoor pool could do with better lighting.

Good facilities appart from the dining and pool areas which were always overcrowded. Food not too good. Supposed to be 5* but possibly 3.5* would be more correct.

The hotel is the best we've ever stayed at. Despite not getting the room we initially booked we got an upgrade to an even better one upon querying it. Entertainment was great and something every evening, worst thing about this place is there really wasnt much around it
