The room itself was alright, it’s just that when I arrived and checked in late at night - I was asked to confirm my phone number and name while I was driving in and looking for a place to park - the employee who met me outside was not wearing her glasses at that time; she misread my phone number (last three digits) as someone else’s. As a result both customers had to wait an awkward half hour or so, as the owners and the employee tried to work out how this confusion had happened. In the end both rooms and customers were roughly the same price point so we settled In our rooms without any troubles. No compensation was given whatsoever for this mishap, Which I think they could improve on.
