Explanation:nTaken from the image of water droplets accumulating in the canal and the characteristics of the Three Gorges Blue Dye, the concept conveyed in the works echoes the Sanying Branch of the Tax Collection Office of the New Taipei City Government. The three rivers are collected under the old name of the Three Gorges, “Triangle Surge”, which symbolizes tax donations. The Office of Auditing and Collection accumulates the people's tax payment little by little on public construction, and promotes the sustainable development and prosperity of the country.
