The garden is developed for tourism. There are Zhan’s ancient homes, and there are four Japanese dormitories beside Shanjiao Elementary School. They were built between 1937 and 1941. The layout of each building is double-piece and the floor is high, which is a typical Japanese style. The dormitory building was registered as a historical building cultural asset of Miaoli County in 2003 in accordance with the Cultural Assets Preservation Law. Combining the local characteristics of the Jinliangxing Tourist Factory and promoting the brick and tile industry, the tourist factory was officially established in 2004. The museum contains " Wanli Brick and Tile Museum" and "Production Factory" are the only sightseeing factories in Taiwan with the theme of red brick culture. In addition to the exhibition commentary, the Jinliangxing Sightseeing Factory also provides many DIY hand-made activities, allowing adults and children to integrate into the world of red brick humanities and art. The dormitory group of Shanjiao Elementary School in the late Japanese colonial period is registered as the sixth historical building in Miaoli County. It is also the only remaining historical building in Shanjiao Elementary School. The four Japanese-style dormitories were completed in the period from the 26th to the 30th of the Republic of China. The buildings are typical Japanese-style dormitory buildings. The foundation is made of bricks, the walls are made of bamboo and mud, covered with cypress boards, and the roof is made of cultural tiles.

There is an ecological pond on the campus, where animals such as chickens, ducks and geese can be raised, and they can walk around freely, which is very pleasant. The teacher also teaches the students not to disturb the animals and to live with them peacefully. This is the best life education.
