In a regional library, there is a reading room on the second floor, where you can read and borrow books. There is coffee for 20 yuan but you have to bring your own cup, which is not very convenient. The third floor is a quiet reading room, but unfortunately it is temporarily closed during the epidemic. Many of the books in this library are in Chinese, and there are too few foreign books, which is a major shortcoming.
