This office was not helpful at all. Specially for foreign students. The guy in the Driver's registration office was not giving helpul ways to to my transactions easily. He cannot understand english so it is very difficult to communicate.nI was here for the 2nd time in 3 weeks and I was not able to transact well. I live far from here trying to take tye driver's lisence exam but I was all failed and wasted too much effort. If you are a foreigner please find a different place to take your exam. Thank you
