Lots of clean bathroom stalls! There is also a display showing when buses are arriving, which is pretty nifty.
Like all of Taiwan, people are very friendly, so you will definitely find help here. The entrance to the waterfall closes at around 4 pm, and it is definitely worth a visit, so please watch out for that. You do not want to miss out this beautiful waterfall.

There is a cafe, can relax for a while after walking from the waterfall
Nice place to rest or meet up. Clean bathrooms very handy. Spacious area with pretty views. Directly across from parking lot.
