This was a great place to stay on my recent bike travel through Taiwan. Very nice owner who I enjoyed conversing with.
The host is friendly and speaks English in fluent. The rooms are clean. It is very near to Beipu old street.
I have lived, the soundproofing is really bad. I can’t sleep because of heavy machine and super-running noise on the main road. It’s uncomfortable. I have insomnia and don’t want to go.
The rooms are mainly on the 2nd floor, but the public space on the 2nd floor is slightly smaller, and the hot water is not very stable. There are a total of 4 rooms. We rented a building. But when we chatted in the living room on the 2nd floor at night, the owner was too noisy?!nThe stairs are very steep and you must be careful. The room is clean and tidy. The homestay is close to the main road. So early in the morning, there is the sound of a three-line heavy machine. The curtains in the house can't block the light at all. People who are afraid of sleeping must be comfortable. Prepare eye mask. There is no refrigerator in the homestay. To ice things, you must go to the first floor to get out of the homestay. The ice is in the refrigerator that the owner placed outside. The mattress is soft. The only advantage is that it is just across the road from Beipu Old Street.
The decoration is full of Hakka flavor, distinctive and clean
