Wuzhishan

It's a trail for the 5 fingers which is overall really nice. The trail start at Zhulin temple, which is conveniently reached on foot (or car), from Wuzhishan main temples. The trail is steep but not very long (3 to 4 hours way and back), with good marking and maintenance. But be aware it can be quite muddy on rainy or humid day. It's possible to go further both after the thumb and the small finger. After thumb, it's a interesting trail that will bring you back to Zhulin temple through some detour and a 6th summit. After the small finger, it's a very steep trail down which can not close back to Zhulin, and therefore, it's much less interesting. Early January, during some cold waves, it was possible to meet with real winter scenery due to frosty white rimes on trees. Trees looked frozen, which is quite surprising and extraordinary for such low altitude mountain.

It takes physical strength and time to reach the middle finger peak. It’s really not easy.... I want the challenger to start from the Zaojuntang parking lot, and after receiving the horizontal recreational trail, move towards a line of sky, and then steep in one place. This road requires both hands and feet to climb up. It is very steep. Fortunately, there are mountaineering teammates along the way to avoid getting lost. It took about 30 minutes to climb up vertically. I wanted to give up on the way but I couldn’t get down XDD. I saw the trail is true. He was ecstatic, and then headed towards the middle finger peak for about 20 minutes to reach the second-class triangle point. Then walk back and continue to turn over the index finger peak and the thumb peak, and circle the entire Wuzhi Mountain. The climber is like Monkey King in the palm of his hand, all the way through the mountains and mountains, and the whole journey of the climber is at least 3 to 4 hours (including rest) , It is recommended to go down the mountain before 4 o'clock to be more safe!
