I was only able to eat there once. They seem to have a policy of no single diners - looking for groups. The first time I went they turned me away even though there were tables empty but then someone came running out and said OK and she seated me. I had a Thai curry which was very good. The second time I went they also had empty seats and turned me away but did no one came after me. So if you are all alone this place may not want your money.

Was one of the best pizza store I’ve ever had in Taiwan!! Love it!!

A good little pizza establishment. Clean, good ambience, and decent service. Prices are good for the size of the meals and there is a nice variety of foods, from pizza, to risotto, pasta, and fried finger foods. They also had a children's little corner in the stablishment. I liked their Mexican spicy sausage.

The Pizza Factory in Taitung has excellent food every time. It is more delicious than Pizza Factory in Chungli because the Chef and staff are harder working.
