I am disappointed for their service. I ask for help to write the address because I can not write mandarin & in my house there is no employer only me and grandmother but they refuse when in the store there is no buyer, whereas there are 2 servants and 1 career who was at rest no one want to help me I finally got out of the store to ask someone else's help to write down the delivery address of the goods. setau me in store seven, family shop, other ok shop they are friendly and willing to help the buyer who difficulty. 2018~10~ 9. at 9:10

The clerk photocopying the base paper is wet and still does not admit it~ The printed paper is black and it is not responsible It's really bad! ! ! ! ! ! !

At about 1:50 this afternoon, I only scanned the barcode to pay the fee. The store clerk did not help the scan. We had to print it by ourselves before using it. Then the tone was very bad and fierce. Excuse me, did the 711 employee education fail so much? As if she owes her money, this kind of employee may think that the business is good and not lacking a small number of our customers. I really hope that more people will see spending at other stores, otherwise it will become the next cannon fodder.

I just went to the Okayama National Taxation Bureau to apply for a subsidy. I forgot to copy the warranty and the back of the ID card. When I went in, I told the counter staff directly that I would not trouble copying. She helped me make a copy. She told me to go directly to the printer, After I passed, she told me directly that I should put the photocopy next to it and then it could be copied! Ok, I put it and put it in the wrong copy. A large sheet and the wrong side were copied, so I turned it over and reprinted it. The copy was taken and I took it to the counter to check out. She insisted on receiving the money from the photocopy of the wrong copy. I asked her to help me. She was reluctant to make a photocopy error and insisted on charging me 8 yuan. This was the first time she encountered such a bad shop assistant.
