Terrific customer service!! I bought luggage during their 30% off sale. I picked three pieces and got halfway to the counter when they approached me to help me bring the cases up. Then they checked their inventory and decided to bring me new, boxed suitcases from their stockroom. They opened each one for inspection, repacked them, helped me download a LINE coupon for additional savings, and helped me download the MUJI PASSPORT app to track my purchase and earn points for future savings. Again - all of this without my asking... and while using very good English! They really gave me VIP treatment. Thank you all so much.
