A café is meant to be a place to relax and chill. It should be a place to enjoy hot beverages while reading a book. My experience today met none of those criterion. First off, the woman at the counter was rude: chatting loudly with her coworkers, slamming my drink on the counter, rolling her eyes when I asked for the WiFi password. Second of all, the place overall was overwhelming with all the chattering customers. It was overly hard to concentrate on reading when I hear moms yelling at their children to finish their homework. Third of all, the beverages are mediocre at best. In fact, the matcha coffee was basically inedible. Worst experience ever. Trying the coffee store next door.

Today is scheduled to be delivered. Because there are many cups, I booked with the store one week in advance, so that the store can prepare early and hope that there will be a proper arrangement. Due to the meeting demand, the store has been told to send it early or on time. I replied that there was no problem. As a result, the delivery time was nearly half an hour late today, and there were still drinks leaking out of each plastic bag. It was originally supposed to be accompanied by 4 sugar packets, but only one was attached, and the bag of sugar was still dripping In addition to the drinks, I ordered the Royal Earl Grey Milk Tea. The half-sugar and micro-sugar are as sweet as sugar-free. It feels like forgetting to add sugar. This kind of service quality really needs to be strengthened. Pay more attention to the point production. The delivery process also needs to be reviewed. The delivery delay is really troublesome. I hope you can improve it.
