Clean rooms. Hotel staff are very welcoming.nOnly downside is that often there will be tour buses full of chinese tourists that are yelling to each other through the corridors at 10pm and again at 5am, also the smell of cigarette smoke comes through the old air conditioning system, which is odd considering it's a smoke free hotel.
We got a non smoking room but you can still smell smoke from previous customers :(
