Careful service, careful inspection, super quality!

The clinic was referred to the Xindian store for inspection. After the inspection on 6/6, the Colin staff first asked when I would return to the clinic for a follow-up visit. I said 6/13. Colin promised to return the inspection report to the clinic before that.nBut when I returned to the clinic for a follow-up visit today, the clinic did not have an examination report, because Colin has not yet returned my report to the clinic, and I am not the only patient in this situation today. So I went to the clinic today for a return visit... I have to find another time to return to the clinic to see Colin's report!nIt's not the clinic's fault, but the clinic staff has been embarrassed with me.
