First of all, I am the old customer of this store. I started to wash the down jacket at the beginning of the business, but the later the waiter changed the worse. On November 27, 2019, around 1:30, I took the down jacket to wash. The old woman, who is about 45 years old, has been swearing at my clothes. It’s strange that the clothes are dirty and sent to the laundry. Can I take clean clothes for you? False? Later, I spoke very loudly. I was also angry. I went back aloud and had a fight. The waiter in the new store was really terrible. Please be considerate of her anger. I am a member who has money, I have to go back, since the service is so bad, I also offend the guests, then I will change the house.

At first, the laundry was good. After a while, there was a store to collect the money without prior notice. If the money was not received temporarily, it would be very bad for the guests, and even told the customer not to wash here. Many of our guests....etc....there is no customer service spirit in the service industry, a poor laundry
