It's a maze and not much instructions in English so you don't know where to start. Go to Referral room to get yourself registered and pointed to where you need to go to. Just follow their simple instructions and you'll get things done. Doctor and nurses who attended to me speak english, took less than an hour to get vaccinated.

A LOT of people. Sometimes no seat available while waiting to be called. Navigation can be complicated. The volunteers were super helpful. They are everywhere so just grab them and show them your appointment paper. They will point you the way.

Impossible to make an appointment online if you don’t speak mandarin, phone is most of the time busy ..came to hospital, got the appointment number but when reached the clinic had to wait ... after an hour I finally decided to ask nurse about my turn, she told me i need to wait more because my number has already passed before my arrival 👏🤷‍♀️ eventually waited almost 3 hours to see doctor, 5 minutes of useless conversation, again waiting for the bill. Intern nurse came out barely speaking English with the paper all written in Chinese ..I gave up asking for anyone else to explain, paid and just left. Don’t think this place worth your time and money - while even with national insurance you have to pay 520nt for 5 minute conversation. Better go to a smaller hospital.
