My star is for their service attitude, but I think they are less than a star for their customer service and product expertisenI just came across DK’s new opening, buy one, get one free. I want to say that I’ve seen the shoes but haven’t worn them, so I went in and took a look. I saw a pair of shoes that the store staff said that they didn’t have my size to help adjust them, and then I would specify them. I picked up the goods at the store and asked the clerk if I would like to try another pair of colors. Otherwise, what should I do if the size does not match when the time comes. He replied that the store just didn’t have my size. Promise, I just check outnThe problem is, it really doesn’t fit the clothes. The store staff said that my size is no longer available in the province. They asked me to change to another style. I said I bought this because I tried it. I don’t like other colors and styles. I want to return the goods. The store staff said that buy one get one free. I said you didn’t say anything at the checkout. He insisted that they all said it during the checkout.
