I ordered an iced latte or a hot latte. I chose the former between the stronger coffee flavor or the milky flavor. I ordered a cup of hand-made Ethiopia and a cup of Espresso. I don’t know if Barista was distracted by chatting with the guests sitting at the bar and ignored the coffee or for other reasons. Barista tried the taste after the hand-made brewing was over. Later, I made an extremely unprofessional and unacceptable action, which was to pour coffee from the pot into the cup and then back into the pot. This action was repeated about three times. The purpose was to cool down and to cover up the lack of brewing. The miscellaneous smell and over-extraction brought by good, but obviously the cooling did not bring a good effect. On the contrary, it disrespects the customer and their own professionalism. Another cup of Espresso was also made after the extraction. I can’t understand After Barista poured the Espresso from the small measuring cup into the cup, he used a spoon to scrape up some Crema remaining in the measuring cup and pour it into the cup. This movement also puzzled me
The flavor of this cup of Espresso is just as messy, and the temperature is not right when it comes up, the astringency is obvious
