staff services excellent.

We love to stay here. The staff are kind and helpful, breakfast is very ideal and plentiful. The business center has may computer to use and a free printer. The rooms are spotless and dust-free. I can't recommend it enough.

Wow, this place really lives up to its name! Everyone who works here is kind and friendly. It creates an atmosphere of affability that extends to the customers so that everyone you pass in the hallway smiles at each other! The thoughtfulness that went into creating this hotel is evident all around! This hotel goes the extra mile in all areas including the amenities they provide. For example, they provide both male and female bath soap and shampoo. They offer free bikes for the guests to borrow. There's a complimentary 24hr drink station with ice cream available. A room full of computers for guests to use. A complimentary laundry room with dryers! They also provide both breakfast and "midnight snack" coupons, and the food is great! The prompt service with a smile is amazing! Kindness Hotels will be my number one choice from now on! I never thought I'd ever miss staying at a hotel until now...
