La Habana Bar

A small bar but decent cocktails and a nice atmosphere to it.

I was expecting a tropical type place. it was definitely not Havana like, but the service was excellent

The bar has a nice atmosphere, but the drinks were poorly made. My Moscow mule has crushed ice in it, so it was like a slushie and the China blue was sub-par. The bratwurst sausage was okay. When we got the check, we thought we just needed to order 300 NTD per person as explicity stated on the menu, but an extra 100 NTD was tacked on the to the total per person because the 300 NTD total needed to be in drinks only. Since we only ordered 250 NTD total, I decided to order an extra beer to offset the deficit. The staff was apologetic and gave us free peanuts for consultation. Overall, would not go back, but it's up to you to try it for yourself.
