Excellent service, delicious breakfast, very clean and beautiful room.
The bed sheets were not changed for 2 nights despite us informing the front desk on the first night for the bed sheets to be changed. The reason for the change was because when we checked-in the bed sheets were dusty and stained.nnOn the second night, I had repeatedly asked the front desk for the manager of the hotel to explain as to why there was no supervision and responsibility over such unsatisfactory practices. Till today I have yet to receive any explanation from management.nnFrom this experience, as a customer who has stayed with your hotel on numerous occasions for both business and leisure, I feel that my feedback has not been taken seriously. What I can discern is that there is a lack of proper management where cleanliness is not taken seriously.
Clean comfortable room with great views and friendly staff!
Very pleasant stay overall! I am glad that we chose to stay at your hotel though we live only 10 min away in Neihu. I will recommend my family for a weekend runaway place.
The checking was too late and the meal serving in the restaurant is poor of choice for dinner and not satisfactory.
