It's nice enough if you happen to be in the area but honestly not worth a trip. It's a small park.

The hustle and bustle of the Divine Palace Temple, where the incense is flourishing, gathers in the park square to chat, talk and laugh, and it’s so humane!

Many elderly people will defecate here, so it would be better if you can add mobile toilets!
