Dr. Chang's Clinic

I had went here for my 3 year old’s cough (pneumonia) and allergic reaction combined which I was unsure at the time. It is my fault for going to the clinic instead of ER and awfully regret it but the receptionist doesn’t have ANY medical knowledge of what severity an allergic reaction could cause ( I told her my kid seems to have an allergic reaction) and doesn’t respond or care about kid’s and parent’s physical and emotion stress. We came in and as I was assigned with a number that had to wait 45 mins I asked if she can ask the doctor to see us quickly, and although she helped us get in a bit quicker she didn’t consult to any other medical personnel about my preschooler’s reaction. My kid was crying and struggling in pain with the reaction as time goes! It became more and more clear that it was totally different than common sickness and she didn’t even care to try to go tell the doctor... and of course, when I got to see the doctor he told me to go to the big hospital’s ER. That reception lady was so slow giving us the written address to the Hospital and she ignored me when I asked her to write ‘emergency room’ in chinese to show to the taxi driver. The other kid’s father finally stepped in to tell her to write down ER in Chinese. Then she wrote SOOO slow like ‘why do I need to write this’ attitude. It was such an emotional and stressful moment for me. It is a shame I had wasted my time here mainly because of the receptionist. The only reason giving a star is for a nurse who helped me catch a taxi.

Gentle and Attentive Since I was a child, I have brought the baby after I was born. The doctor is always kind and patient.

I must praise that the clinic is really smart and deployed ahead of schedule. In the first half of this year, I received a call from the clinic asking me if I had a flu shot last year. Should I call this year? Are there any other family members who want to call? Then just follow the order in line. When it’s our turn, the clinic will call. You can call within 3 days. Watching the line up on TV for vaccines, we have nothing like this here, we have queued up in advance

Wrong package Wrong package Wrong package I saw the doctor when I was young. It was the first time I encountered the wrong medicine. The name of the medicine bag and the contents of the medicine bag were different from the medicine receipt. I called to ask the next day. This should be a serious mistake. The hospital only said that it was correct after the computer check...If you have any questions, we can pack it again! The doctor is very good, but the teammates next to him are also very important...
