Fantastic service! My issues were resolved very quickly and in a friendly and attentive manner. I had to wait for service to open an account, but the clerk mentioned a faster and less expensive option using an existing account. That visit answered many questions and saved me a lot of time.

The last time I came to do a financial card was full. I waited there for more than an hour and then applied for more than an hour. Understand that this time I went into the scene 4, 5 and I sat 7 or 8 but just came to get a financial card , I feel like I'm waiting until the old days are old. Since it took so long to apply for a card, I just opened a cabinet and really admired Cathay ’s personnel distribution.
